Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and your chosen sweetener.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, place portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Store baked goods in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze cookies for up to three months. Customize cookies with different flavors or add-ins.
