  • ½ cup Nuts, seeds, or sugar-free chocolate chips Customize your cookies.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and your chosen sweetener.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, place portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Store baked goods in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze cookies for up to three months. Customize cookies with different flavors or add-ins.
