  • 1 tsp ginger, minced Add more for a spicier kick.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Use high-quality olive oil for better flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.
  • to taste Red pepper flakes (optional) Add for heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground beef to the skillet, crumbling it with your spatula. Cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for approximately 5 minutes until bright green and tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat the ingredients.
  6. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, optionally pairing with cauliflower rice.
