Preparation
- Take a slice of salami and evenly distribute a layer of cream cheese on one side.
- Place a pickle slice at one end of the salami slice, ensuring it’s positioned correctly for rolling.
- Starting from the end with the pickle, carefully roll the salami tightly around the pickle.
- If desired, drizzle a little mustard or hot sauce on the inside of the roll before serving.
- Arrange the roll-ups on a plate and serve them chilled.
Notes
Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze them before rolling. Thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to enjoy.
