  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken) Choose your preferred type of ground meat.
  • ½ cup almond flour For a low-carb option.
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and helps bind the ingredients.
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binder.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp salt To taste.
  • ½ tsp black pepper To taste.
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley until fully combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the meatballs for 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serving
  1. Enjoy the meatballs as they are, or pair them with your favorite low-carb sauce or over a refreshing salad.
