- In a blender, combine the fresh or frozen mango, a splash of coconut milk, and a squeeze of lime.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it achieves a smooth consistency. If chunkier texture is preferred, pulse a few times.
- Carefully pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, filling them only partially to allow for expansion when freezing.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds. Use warm water to help release them if needed.
Notes
These popsicles can be wrapped individually in plastic wrap or placed in a freezer-safe bag for storage. They can be made ahead of time for gatherings and will last up to three months in the freezer.
