  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Add more for additional acidity.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mango slices or mint leaves.

Notes

For added texture, consider folding in crushed nuts or granola before chilling. You can also use coconut cream for a different flavor.
