  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed Fresh blueberries add sweetness.
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced Optional for extra flavor.
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled Optional; adds creaminess.
For the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Enhances the fresh ingredients.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is recommended.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, spinach, blueberries, and red onion if using.
