  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add a generous pinch of salt. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Adding Flavors
  1. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes into the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Making the Cream Sauce
