Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can experiment with various vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms. Roasting your vegetables beforehand enhances their flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen in portions for up to 2 months.
