Method
Cooking the Pasta

Combining the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and olives. Toss gently to mix.
Making the Dressing
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Tossing the Salad
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
Serving
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
