Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, flour, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Gradually add water, little by little, until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut the dough into small shapes.
- Place the shapes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, keeping an eye on them to avoid burning.
- Allow the crisps to cool slightly on a rack before serving.
Notes
Consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or herbs like dill or oregano for additional flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
