Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Break the beef into small pieces as it cooks and drain excess fat.
Adding Onions and Garlic
  1. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
Incorporating Potatoes
  1. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Adding Tomatoes and Spices
  1. Pour in the diced tomatoes, adding cumin, salt, and pepper.
Simmering
