- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically about 20-25 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- In the last few minutes of churning, slowly drizzle in the fudge sauce and add the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Transfer your ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve your Moose Tracks Ice Cream!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer to prevent ice crystals. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften. Can be made ahead of time; ice cream will last about 2-3 weeks in the freezer.
