  1. In a large bowl, mix the protein powder, oats, and a dash of salt.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and mix until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Stir in the sprinkles, folding them gently to avoid breaking them.
  4. With clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls—about a tablespoon in size—and place them on your prepared baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and allow the protein bites to chill for about 30 minutes.

Notes
