- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- With clean hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sweet pink chocolate according to the package instructions, stirring gently every 20 seconds.
- Once melted, dip each ball into the chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle fun, colorful sprinkles on top of each bite.
- Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl and drizzle it over the bites.
- Refrigerate the tray until the chocolate has hardened, about 30 minutes. Serve once set.
Notes
Enhance flavors by adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Store your bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
