Ingredients
  

For the Feta Rolls
  • 8 oz Feta cheese Crumble before use.
  • 1 sheet Phyllo dough You may need additional sheets.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For brushing the phyllo.
  • 2 tbsp Chili honey For drizzling before serving.
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper To taste.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs (optional) Dill or parsley works well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese. Mix in your choice of fresh herbs and a touch of ground black pepper for added flavor.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and lightly brush it with olive oil. For added flakiness, place another sheet on top.
  4. Cut the phyllo into strips, approximately 2-3 inches wide.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the feta mixture at one end of each strip and roll them up tightly, sealing the ends.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Drizzle the spicy chili honey over the rolls right before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. You can also prepare and roll them ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze for later baking.
