Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies by pulsing them in a food processor or blender until they turn into fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese and mix well until fully blended.
- Roll small portions of the mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Setting and Coating
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals of 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing them back on parchment paper.
- Drizzle red and blue food coloring over the chocolate-covered balls for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months, separating layers with parchment paper.
