Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream for a light texture
Peach Mixture
  • 1 cup diced peaches fresh or canned
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon for flavor enhancement
Assembly
  • 8 pieces crispy ice cream cones
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, combine the diced peaches with the cinnamon.
Assembly
  1. Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to fill each ice cream cone with a layer of the cheesecake mixture.
  2. Add a layer of the cinnamon peaches.
  3. Repeat layers until the cones are filled to the top.
  4. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top of each cone.
  5. You can serve these cones immediately or refrigerate them.

Notes

For crispy cones, assemble right before serving. Store filled cones in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days.
