Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the diced peaches with the cinnamon.
Assembly
- Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to fill each ice cream cone with a layer of the cheesecake mixture.
- Add a layer of the cinnamon peaches.
- Repeat layers until the cones are filled to the top.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top of each cone.
- You can serve these cones immediately or refrigerate them.
Notes
For crispy cones, assemble right before serving. Store filled cones in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days.
