Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet with space between them.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each pepperoni slice, followed by a small amount of cheddar cheese. Optionally, add parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 to 9 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes on the tray.
  3. Carefully remove the crisps from the parchment paper once cooled.
