- In a large pitcher, combine pitted cherries, diced strawberries, chopped red apple, and thin slices of lemon.
- Add a handful of fresh mint leaves to the mixture.
- Pour in ice water until the pitcher is about three-quarters full.
- Allow the mixture to infuse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold, pouring the infused water over ice if preferred.
Notes
For extra flavor, blend some of the fruits before adding them to the water. You can also try using different fruits based on seasonality. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
