Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse turkey wings briefly under cold water and pat completely dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add the turkey wings to the bowl and turn to coat evenly in the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the seasoned turkey wings in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour chicken broth around the wings.
Cooking
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 25-35 minutes, until golden brown and the meat is tender.
- Let the turkey wings rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
If you prefer fresh garlic and onion, swap the powders for minced garlic and onion. Use room-temperature wings for even cooking. For a crispier finish, switch to broil for 2-3 minutes after baking uncovered.
