Preparation
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the biscuit package.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly incorporated.
- On a floured surface, roll out the biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Assembly and Baking
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture onto half of the biscuit rounds, then top them with the remaining rounds. Press the edges to seal.
- Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake according to package instructions or until golden brown and puffy.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy with a light salad or as a hearty snack.
Notes
Leftover Shrimp Crab Biscuit Melts can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake in the oven for a few minutes. For make-ahead preparation, assemble and freeze before baking, then bake directly from frozen.
