  • ½ cup cucumber, finely diced Persian or English cucumbers work great.
  • ½ cup tomato, finely diced Ripe plum or Roma tomatoes are best.
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced thin Use both white and green tops.

Preparation
  1. Gather and measure your ingredients.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt and sour cream. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
  3. Stir the yogurt, sour cream, and ranch seasoning together until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the bowl or transfer the dip to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Before serving, give the dip a gentle stir, then transfer to a serving bowl and garnish if desired.
  8. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita chips, or vegetable sticks.

For best texture, chill the dip for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve with an assortment of chips and veggies for a colorful presentation.
