S'more Cups

S'more Cups combine the classic flavors of s'mores into a fun, bite-sized treat that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs You can crush graham crackers to make crumbs.
  • cup melted butter
Filling
  • ½ cup chocolate chips Use any type of chocolate chips you prefer.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Alternatively, you can use halved regular-sized marshmallows.
  • to taste additional chocolate for topping Optional for drizzling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture is crumbly and starts to hold together.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin cups to form a crust.
  4. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Filling
  1. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, followed by a generous topping of mini marshmallows.
  2. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and slightly puffy.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before carefully removing them from the muffin cups.
  4. Drizzle with melted chocolate on top for an extra touch of sweetness, if desired.

Notes

These S'more Cups are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for a few days in an airtight container at room temperature. Freeze leftovers for up to a month.
