Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture is crumbly and starts to hold together.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin cups to form a crust.
- Bake for about 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Filling
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, followed by a generous topping of mini marshmallows.
- Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted and slightly puffy.
- Allow to cool slightly before carefully removing them from the muffin cups.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate on top for an extra touch of sweetness, if desired.
Notes
These S'more Cups are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for a few days in an airtight container at room temperature. Freeze leftovers for up to a month.
