- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, melted butter, and milk. Stir until blended.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the bananas.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, perhaps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
