Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Stir in chocolate chips and the chopped strawberries gently.
- Pour the batter into your greased 9x13 inch baking pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, they're ready.
- Allow to cool in the pan and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
These brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or in the refrigerator for about a week. For freezing, cut into squares, wrap tightly, and place in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
