Preparation
  1. If using a store-bought pound cake, remove it from its packaging and slice into 1-inch cubes. If making homemade, allow it to cool completely before cutting.
  2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water, remove the green tops, and slice them in half.
Assembly
  1. Take a skewer and thread a piece of pound cake followed by a strawberry half. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends.
  2. Lay the assembled skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Consider drizzling melted chocolate over the kabobs or serving with a bowl of whipped cream.
