- In your blender, combine the watermelon, strawberries, and lime juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined, creating a lovely puree. If you enjoy a bit of texture, consider pulsing the blender a few times instead of blending until completely smooth.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze. Make sure each mold is filled evenly.
- If your molds require it, insert sticks into the center of the mixture.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.
- When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen the popsicles, then serve immediately.
Notes
These popsicles can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 months, wrapped in plastic wrap or in a resealable plastic bag. Try adding fresh herbs like mint or basil for a twist.
