Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3–4 large ripe peaches, sliced Choose ripe, sweet peaches for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup red grapes, halved
  • 2–3 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped Add just before serving to keep it fresh.
  • 1–2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust based on the sweetness of the fruit.
  • 1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • Optional add-ins: citrus segments, nuts/seeds, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruit.
  2. Slice the peaches, hull and halve the strawberries, and halve the grapes.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and red grapes.
  2. Sprinkle the finely chopped fresh mint leaves over the fruit mixture.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup (if using) and lime or lemon juice over the salad.
  4. Gently toss the salad using a spatula or wooden spoon to combine all the ingredients without mashing the fruit.
Serving
  1. Enjoy your salad right away, or chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Notes

To keep the salad fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 1-2 days.
