Preparation
- Wash all your fruit.
- Slice the peaches, hull and halve the strawberries, and halve the grapes.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and red grapes.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped fresh mint leaves over the fruit mixture.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup (if using) and lime or lemon juice over the salad.
- Gently toss the salad using a spatula or wooden spoon to combine all the ingredients without mashing the fruit.
Serving
- Enjoy your salad right away, or chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
