Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs Chicken wings Trimmed of excess skin, coated with your favorite sauce.
For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground beef Mixed with breadcrumbs and spices.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs For binding the meatballs.
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce For cooking meatballs.
For the Cheese Dip
  • 8 oz Cream cheese For a creamy base.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar Combines with salsa.
  • 1 cup Mild salsa For flavoring the dip.
For the Veggie Platter
  • 1 cup Carrots Cut into sticks.
  • 1 cup Celery Cut into sticks.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Cut into strips.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes For freshness.
For the Chili
  • 1 lb Ground meat (beef or turkey) For the chili base.
  • 2 cups Canned beans Any type preferred.
  • 1 can Crushed or diced tomatoes For the chili mixture.
  • 1 tbsp Warming spices Like chili powder and cumin.
For Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • 10 oz Chopped spinach Fresh or frozen, thawed and drained.
  • 14 oz Artichoke hearts Chopped.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese For creaminess.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese For melting into the dip.
For Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 16 oz Large mushroom caps For stuffing.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese For filling.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs To mix into the filling.
  • 2 tbsp Herbs To season the filling.
For Sliders
  • 1 lb Ground beef or turkey To form small patties.
  • 12 pieces Slider buns To serve the patties.
  • 1 cup Toppings Pickles, lettuce, cheese, sauces.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare chicken wings by coating them in your favorite sauce and cooking them in the slow cooker for 2-3 hours on high.
  2. For meatballs, mix ground beef with breadcrumbs and spices, shape into balls, and cook in the slow cooker with marinara sauce.
  3. For cheese dip, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and salsa in the slow cooker, heating until melted.
  4. Assemble a veggie platter with fresh vegetables served with a dip.
  5. For chili, combine beans, ground meat, tomatoes, and spices in the slow cooker and cook for several hours.
  6. Prepare spinach artichoke dip by mixing spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and cheese, then heat in the slow cooker.
  7. Stuff mushrooms with a mixture of cream cheese, herbs, and breadcrumbs, and cook until soft.
  8. For sliders, grill small patties and serve with buns and toppings in the slow cooker.

Notes

Use a 6-quart slow cooker for a full party spread. Can prepare some dishes a day in advance. Store leftovers properly and reheat gently.
