Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Brush the melted butter on each strip of pastry.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously on top.
- Twist each strip several times and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg wash for a lovely golden color.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and puffed up.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
