Final Steps
- Shred chicken or leave in pieces. Stir well with sauce.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the crock pot. Cook for 10 to 15 more minutes if thickening.

Notes
Do not skip pineapple juice as it helps build flavor. Chicken thighs stay more tender than chicken breasts. Avoid overcooking even in slow cooker mode.
