  • 1 cup pineapple, diced Use fresh, ripe pineapple.
  • 1 cup mango, diced Preferably ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh and hulled.
  • 1 cup kiwi, diced Peel before dicing.
  • 1 cup blueberries Wash before use.
Dressing and Garnish
  • 1 unit Juice of 1 lime Adds zest and keeps fruits fresh.
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves for garnish Enhances flavor and aesthetics.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice over the fruits and toss gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes
