Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill the watermelon and strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the watermelon into wedges and then into thick strips to form 'fries'.
Make the Dip
  1. Blend hulled strawberries and yogurt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Taste the dip and add honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired.
  3. Chill the dip for 10 to 20 minutes in the fridge.
Serving
  1. Plate the watermelon fries and serve with the chilled strawberry yogurt dip.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
