  • 2 cups Fresh fruit (berries, bananas, or mango) Chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can swap for dairy-free yogurt if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness
  • ¼ cup Granola or nuts For added texture
  • ¼ cup Coconut flakes Optional for a tropical twist
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice To enhance flavor
Equipment Needed
  • 1 Blender or food processor
  • 1 Baking tray or silicone molds
  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 1 Freezer-safe containers

Method
 

Yogurt Fruit Bites Preparation
  1. Wash and chop your chosen fruits into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup for sweetness and lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
  3. Layer some fruit pieces into your molds or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the fruit until it is filled.
  5. Place the molds or tray in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is completely set.
  6. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the molds or slice them into squares if using a tray.
Fruit Popsicles Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine your choice of fruits with yogurt and a little bit of honey or sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  3. Freeze for several hours until solid.

Notes

Store yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Excellent for quick snacks. Can serve with homemade granola or include in smoothies.
